To request your consultation, you’ll be asked to put a card on file. A non-refundable $25 fee will be charged on the morning of your call, helping us both honor the time we’ve set aside. If we decide to work together, this payment will be fully applied toward your first session.

Please notify me at least 48 hours before your consultation if you need to cancel. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't show up for the consultation, you'll still be charged the consultation fee.

Weekly Therapy - Ongoing support to help you stop overthinking, feel more grounded, and start trusting yourself. Therapy Intensive - A focused, extended session designed to help you move through something that’s been feeling stuck more quickly.

I'm currently have one opening for weekly therapy (Thursdays at 9am MT) and ongoing availability for therapy intensives (offered on Fridays 9am–1pm MT). Would you be able to attend services at these times?

Weekly therapy is $250 per session and intensives are $1,550. All fees are due at the time of service and superbills are available if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

If you are insured through Medicare, or state-funded plans (OHP, Health First Colorado), I’m not able to provide services due to state regulations.
